Our Returns Policy
Leitly offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with hygienic liners in place, all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, except in cases where you receive the wrong item.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@leitly.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Store Credit
All returns will be offered store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you will be issued store credit for the value of your item via email. This credit will not expire and does not include the cost of original shipping or tax.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- All sale items
- Items purchased with a discount code of 25% or more
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items purchased at any retail store
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please reach out to us at hello@leitly.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please note that Leitly is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. This also applies to packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered.
Changes to an Order
If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us at hello@leitly.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make your requested adjustments. No changes can be made once an order has been processed and shipped.
Processing Time
We are a small business and do our best to be as timely as possible with all orders. Please understand that it may take some time for your return or exchange to be processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since you sent out your order, please contact us.

Initiate Your Return
To begin your return, please send an email to hello@leitly.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email)
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return

Await Return Authorization
Once we review your request, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back until you have received this confirmation.

Prepare and Ship Your Package
Carefully package the item in its original packaging or a secure mailer. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Receive Your Refund or Store Credit
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our policy standards. Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days or we will issue store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
Important Reminders:
Item Condition: Returns that do not meet our policy (e.g., are worn, stained, missing hygiene liners, or missing tags) will be sent back at the customers expense.
Final Sale: All items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
